You can ask us to delete your Mock App account and the data linked to it.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address and profile photo.
  • Your test attempts, scores and progress.
  • Any saved settings linked to your account.

We may keep limited records if the law requires it, or anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.

How to request deletion

  1. Write an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my data.
  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the account.
  3. If you use Google sign-in, mention the Google email address.
  4. We will confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Remove Google access

To stop Mock App from using your Google account, open your Google account permissions, choose Mock App and select Remove access. This does not delete data already saved in Mock App, so also send a deletion request above.

Deleting only some data

You can ask us to delete or correct only specific information, such as one test attempt. Say what you want removed in your email.

What to expect

Deletion cannot be undone. After deletion your history is lost, and you would need to create a new account to use the app again.
